Teacher Checklist

• Be sure that you are a member of NAfME and WVMEA.

• Register for the WVMEA Conference

• Print, fill-out and submit the "Teacher Registration Form".   DUE before October 15th. 

• Teachers --fill-out the Microsoft Form and submit along with the paper version that has your school choir information. 

• Print, fill-out and submit the "Singer Release Form".           DUE by December 20th.        Must be notarized.

• Print, fill-out and submit the "Student Registration/Invoice Form". DUE by December 20th.

• Book a hotel for yourself and students as early as possible.

• Audition students as early as November and begin rehearsing as soon as music is made available.
