Teacher Checklist in order

1. Be sure that you are a member of NAfME and WVMEA.

​

2. Print, fill-out and submit the "Teacher Registration Form".   

DUE before October 30, 2026

NO LATE FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

​

3. Teachers --fill-out the Teacher Registration Microsoft Form and submit along with the paper version that has your school choir information. Due Date: October 30, 2026.

​

4. Be patient and wait for an allotment/vocal part email from the Data Chair.

​

5. Once you know your allotment number, audition your students. Begin rehearsing once your music arrives. Music should arrive late Nov. -early Dec.  

​

6. Print, fill-out and submit the "Singer Release Form". Make sure to include the student's height in INCHES and their T-Shirt size. We do not order Child Small or Child XL. 

DUE by December 18, 2026.

Must be notarized.

7. Teacher submit student information for all of your students into the Student Information Microsoft Form. This information will be used for the program. 

​

8. Print, fill-out and submit the "Student Registration/Invoice Form" along with ALL Singer Release forms & registration check to the Data Chair.

9. Book a hotel for yourself and students as early as possible.

​

10. Register for the WVMEA Conference. Be mindful of the Early Bird Special.
